Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for a full refund. For same-day bookings, a 2-hour window from the booking time is provided for a full refund. If an event is canceled on the same day outside this window, guests can opt for a 50% refund or reschedule for a non-peak time. Rescheduling is permitted before the event start time; if done within 24 hours, it must be for a non-peak slot, and the event becomes ineligible for a refund. All canceled events can be rescheduled within two years from the original cancellation date.

What a fun time! The hostess Julia went way above and beyond to make sure we were having fun even when she was crazy busy. She definitely kept us entertaining!
I took my dad here for Father’s Day and we had so much fun! Julia was wonderful! She was the only one working and got so busy but still had time to teach us the ropes and hang out a bit! We had such a great experience!
We had an incredible experience at Bury the Hatchet for our small business team-building event. Reggie was a fantastic axe-throwing coach (axe master)—professional, engaging, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and had fun. He walked us through the games, gave helpful tips, and kept the energy high the entire time. The facility was clean, well-organized, and perfect for corporate events or group outings. Highly recommend Bury the Hatchet for anyone looking for a unique and fun team-building activity or corporate event venue. We'll definitely be back!
