Booking & Cancellation
For standard tickets, a full refund is available if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance via your confirmation email. Cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows are non-refundable. For kids' birthday and school packages, a full refund is available for cancellations or size reductions made 72 hours in advance, with rescheduling possible up to 48 hours prior. Corporate events and team building bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 80% refundable if cancelled two weeks in advance. Rescheduling for these large groups is possible up to one week prior. Holiday party bookings between November 10th and December 15th are non-refundable, but can be moved to a future date or converted to a voucher.

Planned a team building day here for my org and we all had a blast! Shamario was a great help in planning the event and was accommodating to our last minute changes. He was very helpful when we arrived and the gaming itself was a blast for everyone! We plan on coming back for future team building events.
We had an amazing experience at Immersive Gamebox. We played the Squid Game, and it was one of the most fun and engaging hours I’ve had in a while. The concept is incredibly unique, combining teamwork, challenge, and laughter in one place. The interactive games are very well designed and perfect for groups or corporate outings. The staff were friendly and made everything easy from start to finish. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a creative and exciting group activity in New York.

If you’re into Batman, escape rooms, or just want to do something different in NYC with friends or family—definitely give it a shot. Just don’t expect to take selfies inside Arkham 😅 Would go again to try another storyline! 🦇 The experience uses motion sensors, touch walls, and projection mapping, so you’re not just playing a game—you’re living it. The puzzles were just the right mix of clever and fun, and the group element made it even better. Super immersive: Lights, sounds, visuals—everything makes you feel like you’re part of the Batman universe. Team-based: Great bonding experience, even if you’re not a hardcore gamer. Worth the price: For what you get in 45 minutes, the production quality is top-tier.
