Booking & Cancellation
Standard tickets can be refunded or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the booking time via your confirmation email. No refunds or compensation will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours or for tickets purchased within that period. For school or kids' birthday packages, a full refund or size reduction is available up to 72 hours in advance. Corporate event and full venue hire bookings include a non-refundable 20% deposit, with the remaining 80% refundable with two weeks' notice. Holiday party bookings (Nov 10 - Dec 15) are non-refundable, but can be moved to a future date or exchanged for a voucher.

Great time!!!! Francis was great at explaining everything. Highly recommend. Just wanted to add that we had troubles with downloading the video after our game and Francis went above and beyond to make sure that we got it. The whole experience was very positive and lots of fun. The game tracks your movement perfectly and respods quickly which is very impressive. We are already planning our next visit.

For kids' parties around age 8, it's an absolute winner. Tailored for ages 8+, these experiences demand no prior gaming skills—just enthusiasm and movement. My group of eight-year-olds squealed through sheep-herding mini-games and alien invasions, their energy perfectly matched by the physical, team-based fun that builds camaraderie without screens glued to faces. Private boxes for 2-6 players (multiple for larger parties) mean no strangers crashing the vibe, and dedicated birthday packages add pizza, fries, and unlimited squash in a post-game lounge—pure party fuel for £20-£30 per child.
Brilliant experience! The games were amazing and the staff were brilliant. We’ve visited a few times and we always have great fun! You can order drinks to the room as you can get hot moving around! We always dress in summer clothes to stay cool :) Caitlin & Francis were lovely.
