Not very often that I leave reviews, however when something exceeds my expectations it can feel wrong not too and I know how important customer feedback can be! I went to DNA VR in Manchester on September 24th and was impressed with the experience, would love to go again if I ever have the opportunity, there are a range of games which can last different length of times, all sorts of games to meet different peoples interests too! The games also have different difficulty levels, the staff were really welcoming and the equipment is amazing, you do have to pay a decent amount to go to this VR experience however it is expected with how good it is and also how expensive the equipment is!

Booking & Cancellation
DNA VR considers bookings as live experiences, similar to cinema or theatre, and therefore does not offer monetary refunds for cancellations. However, customers can receive Customer Credit for future bookings. Rescheduling a booking less than 48 hours in advance incurs a 10% fee for bookings over £150, or a flat £15 fee for those under £150. If you reschedule after your session's designated start time, a 50% rebooking fee applies. Customer Credit is valid for one year, and bookings can only be rescheduled twice. No-shows or cancellations without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session without credit. DNA VR reserves the right to cancel sessions due to operational needs, in which case a full refund will be issued, but with no liability for additional expenses.

We had a great time! The VR escape rooms are much different but welcome experience compared to your usual. Ngonneh was a lovely host and helped us when needed with any queries or hints. Will definitely recommend this!
Our family (ages 62, 59, 14, and 9) visited for the first time, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had together! We are a couple based here, and our family had come all the way from India to visit us. We were celebrating my nephew’s birthday and wanted to do something fun and different—and this escape room was the perfect choice! We picked the easy-level room since we were all new to it, and it was a fantastic introduction. Every minute was engaging and exciting. A special shoutout to the lovely lady who guided us—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was absolutely amazing. She welcomed us warmly, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly helpful throughout the session. Although we struggled a bit at the beginning, we quickly got into the rhythm and ended up having an absolute blast. It was a great bonding activity for all ages, and we’re already planning to book another session before our family returns to India. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun, unique, and memorable experience—especially for special occasions like birthdays!
