We went here for part of our New Year’s Eve party, and it was an excellent experience! There was loads of tasks to do, and all 8 of us got to have a go at at least 2 each as well as the iconic crystal at the end. Our guide, Chad, was brilliant, and we loved him! Would recommend to friends and come back.

I can not recommend this place highly enough. I was there as part of a family member's 50th birthday and we all absolutely loved every second. We agreed you could not have made it any more like the TV show if you tried. The tasks were super fun and varied. Our host, Caesar the Geezer, was fantastic. We had 2 children in the group and he was so great with them, but also great with everyone in the team. He made it so much fun, he was so clear, and he was so funny, responding to our comments brilliantly. In all honesty, it was one of the most enjoyable exeperiences of my life.
I agree about the photos.....they are expensive and not great quality. Also, for some reason, there were only group photos for us, and no photos of individual tasks, although looking at individual photos for other groups, I don't think I would have bought them anway. You should be able to buy purely digital photos for a much more sensible price.....

We visited the Crystal Maze on Saturday night for my birthday. We had the lovely Cosmic Karen as our host and she was brilliant, we had such a fun time. The games were great, everyone got one or two chances to complete a room, and some are harder than you think they would be. The sets are great, Karen had us running around the building, it really felt like we were in the show. Highly recommend for birthdays or even team building. Brilliant experience!
We were a group of 4, consisting of ages from 16 to 50. This was our first time and we absolutely loved the whole experience! We were grouped together with 2 other couples as we were there on a Saturday. I have to say that the guy who was our guide (sorry didn't catch his name but he wore sunglasses and tattoo sleeves) was full of energy and had excellent comic timing. He kept us all entertained and engaged. The sets were impressive and as someone who remembers the original show, they were good replicas. We all had a chance to do at least 2 of the challenge rooms each and they were all of an easy fun level. There is some running involved so a reasonable fitness level would be an advantage. We needed a bit of help from the guide guy but not much. The whole experience takes about 75 mins but it flew by. We all said we would do it again. I think it was well worth the money and would highly recommend it. It was quite busy but all the staff especially our guide was friendly and helpful.
We visited The Crystal Maze in September 2025 as a group of four and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our Maze Master, Chad, was brilliant. He was funny, quick-witted and kept the entire group engaged the whole way through. His energy made the challenges even more enjoyable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. The games were well organised, immersive and a great mix of challenge and fun. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something memorable and entertaining. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
