Booking & Cancellation
All sales are final, and no refunds are issued for late arrivals, missed, or canceled reservations. However, if you provide at least 48 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you may receive a store credit on your Mastermind customer account. Please note that a $25 fee per room reservation will be applied for any canceled or rescheduled games.

We had so much fun with the Bank Heist room. Everything was put together so well. Lots of puzzles to solve and the room was a great size. Our Game Master, Molly, was amazing! We will definitely visit this location again!
We had a party of 9 for the escape room, with Allison at the front desk helping us with the room. Room was clean with good equipment, and the rules were straight forward with clever puzzles. Allison provided excellent service, with a clear explanation of the rules and helpful little hints when our party asked for them. We had a great time!
Brie was amazing/sweet and we freed uncle! Love her she was so amazing. The rooms were interactive and well decorated. Would come here again.
