No, you are never physically locked in. For your safety and enjoyment, you can exit the game at any time if you need to.

What exactly is an escape room experience?

An escape room is a real-life puzzle game where a team works together to solve riddles, clues, and challenges within a themed room to achieve a goal, often escaping, before a one-hour timer runs out. It's an immersive and interactive adventure.

Are there any age restrictions for players?

RiddleBox Escape Rooms welcomes players of all ages. Our attractions are designed for those 12 to 100 years old, but younger players can participate and contribute. Children aged 7 or younger are free of charge and do not need to be included in the booking count.

What is the maximum number of players per game?

The maximum number of players varies by room. The 'Old Tavern' and 'Prison Escape' rooms can accommodate up to 10 players each, while 'Witch House' is suitable for up to 7 players.

Will our group be playing with strangers?

No, our rooms are always private. You will only play with the people in your booking group.

When should we arrive for our booking?

It is advised to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled booking time.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Your reservation fee is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your booked time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling within 48 hours is only permitted in cases of extreme weather conditions.

Is a reservation required to play?

Yes, our events are by reservation only. However, you can call us to check for short-notice availability if you wish to walk in.

The host was very nice, personable, and accommodating, and very flexible when we were running a little behind to arrive. I also accidentally scheduled the wrong day and he was very flexible and accommodating to get us in on the correct day which was short notice. My work group had a great time! He also offered to take pictures of us without us, even having to ask!
