Booking & Cancellation
For a full refund or transfer to another date, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your event by email or written notice to our office. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice will receive a credit note valid for 12 months. Large groups (20+ people) that do not cancel in writing within 72 hours will be liable for the full payment. If NPF Bassetts Pole cancels due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, your booking will be rescheduled, or a refund can be requested. Choosing not to play when the site is open forfeits refunds or credit notes. All refund requests are investigated on an individual basis.

My son thoroughly enjoyed his Airsoft day at NPF. The staff are welcoming and safety is paramount and explained and applied all day - making me very comfortable with him taking part in this sport. I highly recommend.
Came on my 60th birthday with my family to have a go at Axe Throwing. It was fantastic fun! Joe Hands was our instructor who not only showed us how it was done but was great fun too. We all enjoyed it so much and can't wait to come back and try one of the other activities. Thank you to all at NPF!
Had a fantastic time! The rifle shooting instructor was knowledgeable and friendly. Joined in with the jokes and was easygoing - made me feel relaxed which is a huge thing when neurodivergent! The axe throwing instructor was also friendly and approachable too! Didnt catch either names but both fantastic. Would highly recommend and would love to come back. Please pass on my thanks to both!
