Booking & Cancellation
RageAwayUSA maintains a strict no-refund policy for all bookings. While direct cancellations resulting in a refund are not permitted, customers are offered the flexibility to reschedule their session. To do so, the new booking date must fall within 30 days of the original scheduled appointment. It is crucial for participants to utilize this rescheduling window, as any sessions that remain unused or are not rebooked beyond the 30-day grace period will become non-transferable and will unfortunately be forfeited without exception. Therefore, customers should plan accordingly and ensure they can attend or reschedule within the specified timeframe.

This was so much fun! Surprisingly a pretty decent workout! We got the biggest package which came with 45 minutes of smashing things and we used every minute of it! After we left, we both surprisingly felt significantly more relaxed and plan on going back. Thank you for such a great experience especially for our first time doing a rage room!
It was amazing! The owners are so nice, the space was nice! We took our friend for her birthday and we had a smashing good time!!
We had a Rage Away party with our staff for an outside-the-office-something-to-do and it was SO MUCH FUN! Everyone enjoyed it immensely and the Rage Away staff were beyond accommodating. Highly recommend! Who knew it could feel so good to smash things to small bits??There’s also a paint room that intrigued us, so we might have to make another trip.
